Course etiquette
GENERAL
- The maximum size of a group playing together is 4.
- 2-balls have precedence over and are entitled to pass any 3-ball or 4-ball.
- A single player has no standing and must give way to a group of any size.
- Any group playing a full round is entitled to pass a group playing a shorter round.
- Every player in a group must have their own clubs — 2 or more cannot play from the one bag.
- Neat dress is required at all times and shirts must be worn at all times.
- When searching for a ball you must call through any group waiting behind.
- Starting on any hole other than the 1st, or cutting-in elsewhere on the course, is only allowed if there is one clear hole between you and others following-on.
- Mobile phones are not permitted on the course.
- Dogs are not permitted on the course.
PRIORITY ON THE COURSE
- Members and visitors playing in Club competitions have first priority on the course at all times.
- Members' Reserved Tee-Times are in operation throughout the year and operate from the 1st tee.
CHILDREN / JUVENILES
- Children under 6 years of age are not allowed on the course at any time.
- Children of members between the ages of 6 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Juveniles of 12 years and over are allowed on the course unaccompanied once they have had some training in the Rules and Etiquette of the game.
VISITORS/SOCIETIES
- Green Fees must be paid before playing and a valid Green Fee Ticket displayed prominently on your bag during your round.
- A Course Ranger or any member of the Club may ask you to leave the course if you do not have a valid Green Fee Ticket.
