The White Elephant competition takes place on Sunday 19th February.
Draw times are at 1.30pm and 2.30pm – all to start on the 1st tee.
Entry €5. Please bring a prize, maximum value €10 (wrapped for lucky dip).
The Six Nations competition is up and running and, with just 5 games played, Rhona O’Donoghue and George Salter Townsend lead the way with 13 points.
All entrants got off to a storming start, correctly predicting the result of the France v. Italy game but only 5 people predicted Wales would beat Ireland!
With 10 more games to go, anyone could win at this stage.
The next update will follow the rescheduled France v Ireland game to be played on 4th March. Only 10 people have selected Ireland to win and 2 people have predicted a draw!

Following the very regrettable postponement of the France v Ireland match last Saturday which left thousands of supporters disappointed and frustrated, the Six Nations Council wish to announce that the postponed RBS 6 Nations match between France and Ireland will now take place on Sunday 4th March at 4pm French local time (3pm GMT) in the Stade de France.
The Six Nations Council can also confirm that French and Irish ticket holders unable to attend the match will receive a full refund of their match ticket. Final details of the refund mechanism should be available tomorrow.
West Cork Shield news!
Further to the Annual Fixtures Meeting at Bandon Golf Club Sunday 29th January, draws for the West Cork Junior Shield have been made. Skibbereen will take on Lisselan in 1st Round.
Players must have a handicap between 10 – 18 as of 1st February 2012.
The 1st leg is to be completed by the 4th March and the 2nd leg completed by the 18th of March 2012.
